Pennacchio Tile, Inc. has been a family owned company since 1980 serving Northern California.  While expanding over the years, Pennacchio Tile has tried to keep customer satisfaction and service its number one priority.  The company  was able to make many new contacts in the industry and build a solid reputation of being a high quality company with competitive prices.  We expanded our customer base from doing work in the Bay Area to installing work state wide in 1990. Within a couple of years we again expanded by doing installations in Washington and Arizona.  In 1999 we opened a office in Tempe, Arizona to  expand our customer base and better serve our customers at more competitive prices. Over the years we have had to adapt to an ever changing business climate, keep up with a the latest technologies while always maintaining our commitment to customer service. We currently moved into a new location in Mesa, Arizona where our new offices are better suited to giving our staff a better work environment to serve our customers. 

Management Staff

Leo Pennacchio, President & CEO of the company graduated from Analy High School in 1984. Leo has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architectural Drawing.  While being able to learn the trade from his father Mike who founded the company in 1980, Leo went from installing Tile in residential and commercial projects  to project management before finally taking over operations in 1993.  Mike, now retired is still a great fountain of knowledge for Leo to draw from and brings old world installation techniques and perspectives.  Since taking over,  Leo, along with his management team have opened a second location in Arizona to branch into new directions to diversify the company.   Leo looks forward to the challenges of expanding into different markets while keeping  customer service and installation the number one concern.   Pennacchio Tile likes to keep on the cutting edge using new installation and project management techniques and equipment.  Outside the office Leo likes to spend time with his wife and two children and enjoys being a pilot and flying to different locations.  Leo coaches soccer and baseball and along with Pennacchio Tile are proud sponsors of the Rincon Valley youth Baseball, Softball & Soccer leagues.
